the measure of our days

Most of our mornings spiral around our littlest ones: if they nap there is much silence throughout the house. If they are awake, then off we go to find adventure. Lately (because we are transitioning another little one), we stay close to home.
Perfect timing for the warm weather to come, wouldn't you agree? We are enjoying the sunshine. Our sun-hats a permanent headpiece; and our jackets- hopefully temporary, are always by the door waiting for little fingers and hands to pull at them. Only 1 dresses himself, so the others have learnt (somewhat) to be a little patient, until I get everything into place
And as the Spring weather warms up; as a new week begins, our activities become more and more lively. Nothing is on hold, anything goes. In all of this hiccups, we try to find simplicity.
And so we  do what we can with what we have and we make it meaningful.
We hope you have a great week!

“A hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank…but the world may be a better place because I made a difference in the life of a child.”
