Meal for 2 or more?

24.4.15
I love watching the kids do ordinary things in the outdoors, like kicking the ball around, or running in circles. But, I really love when they get out of their zone and add the make-believe element to their play.

This week I watched 2 little ones gather "ingredients" and materials for cooking, and they communicated without words AMAZING! They had it all worked out, without intervention on my part, and they knew just how their meal was going to turn out...I loved taking it all in, and I love looking at these photos!

What have you been cooking?

I love the idea of outdoor kitchens, I'm pinning this to my outdoor play areas board as I really want to create an area like this at Coombe Mill. Nothing quite like watching children play together and create their own imaginary world. Thank you for sharing with me on Country Kids.

What wonderful outdoor play together, fab team work and imaginary, explorative play.
Thanks for sharing #LetKidsBeKids
