We had a rough week. November is always a difficult time for the children.
There were many opportunities to help the children develop a toolbox of mindful breathing and relaxation strategies. It was a very slow week, but with a lot of action.

One month before Christmas. The children are counting down. It's so nice for them to have something to look forward to.
