According to Wikipedia, Earth Day is now observed on April 22 each year by more than 500 million people, and several national governments in 175 countries, amazing! We had grand plans ( a funky scavenger hunt) for Earth Day, but alas, life happens - or babies sleep :)
No fuss...we still enjoyed the outdoors
Painting the Earth
What does the earth look like to you? Ask my little ones and well...
...big boy drew 3 Earths...1 with water, 1 with grass & 1 with toys, lol...if only...
we explored with dinosaurs...for some reason we can't get enough of them
we washed up...cause that's just appropriate but WE DIDN'T WASTE WATER
and then we ate...
see our hummus recipe here
How did you celebrate Earth Day?

That looks like a lovely way to play outdoors and celebrate world earth day. I love painting outside, so much easier when the mess doesn't matter! Thank you for sharing with me on Country Kids.
Sadly we didn't don't anything for Earth Day but I love the idea to paint pictures of Earth. I'll have to remember that for next year #CountryKids
What a great way to celebrate Earth Day. Thanks so much for sharing at the Outdoor Play Party. Hope to see you again on Friday :-)
